Ethics Policy 

1. Our Ethical Foundation
At Deenul Haq, our ethical framework is deeply rooted in the Quranic principle of ‘Amr bil-Ma’ruf wa Nahy anil-Munkar’ (Enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong). We believe that knowledge is a sacred trust (Amanah), and our primary responsibility is to present the truth without distortion, bias, or personal interest. Our commitment is to provide a platform that serves humanity by reviving the authentic spirit of Islam.

2. Accuracy and Honesty
We are committed to the highest level of honesty in our research and writing.

• Verification: Every claim made on this platform, especially those relating to the Quran and Sunnah, must be verified through authentic sources.

• No Misinformation: We strictly prohibit the publication of rumors, fabricated stories, or unverified information.

• Objectivity: While we have a clear ideological stance (Tawheed), we strive to present historical and contemporary facts objectively.

3. Editorial Independence
Deenul Haq is a non-political and independent research platform.

• No Partisan Influence: We do not align ourselves with any political party or interest group. Our editorial decisions are guided solely by our mission to promote the Sovereignty of the Creator.

• Transparency: We do not accept funding or support that requires us to compromise our principles or promote a specific political agenda.

4. Plagiarism and Intellectual Property
Respecting the work of others is a core ethical duty.

• Originality: We prioritize original research and unique perspectives.

• Attribution: Any information, idea, or quote taken from another source must be clearly attributed. We have zero tolerance for plagiarism in any form.

• Copyright Compliance: We respect intellectual property rights and ensure that all multimedia content (images/videos) used on our site is either original or used under proper licensing/fair use.

5. Non-Violence and Anti-Extremism
Our platform stands firmly against all forms of extremism, terrorism, and mindless violence.

• Peaceful Advocacy: We believe in the power of logic and dialogue. We do not publish content that incites hatred, physical harm, or illegal activities against any individual or community.

• Human Dignity: We uphold the dignity of every human being regardless of religion, race, gender, or nationality, following the spirit of “Rahmatal-lil Alamin” (Mercy for the Worlds).

6. Respect and Professionalism
While we may critique man-made systems or ideological deviations, we maintain a tone of respect.

• No Personal Attacks: We focus on critiquing ideas and systems, not individuals. Personal defamation and abusive language are strictly prohibited.

• Sensitivity: We handle sensitive religious and social topics with care, ensuring that our discourse remains scholarly and inviting for truth-seekers.

7. Conflict of Interest
Our contributors and editors must disclose any personal or financial interests that could potentially bias their writing. We ensure that our content is driven by a passion for truth rather than personal gain.

১. আমাদের নৈতিক ভিত্তি
‘দ্বীনুল হক’-এর নৈতিক কাঠামো পবিত্র কুরআনের সেই শাশ্বত মূলনীতি  ‘আমর বিল মারুফ ওয়া নাহি আনিল মুনকার’ (সৎকাজের আদেশ এবং অসৎকাজে নিষেধ)-এর ওপর প্রতিষ্ঠিত। আমরা বিশ্বাস করি জ্ঞান একটি পবিত্র আমানত। আমাদের প্রধান দায়িত্ব হলো কোনো ধরণের বিকৃতি, পক্ষপাতিত্ব বা ব্যক্তিগত স্বার্থ ছাড়াই সত্যকে মানুষের সামনে উপস্থাপন করা। আমরা এমন একটি প্ল্যাটফর্ম হিসেবে কাজ করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ যা ইসলামের প্রকৃত চেতনা পুনর্জীবিত করার মাধ্যমে মানবতার সেবা করে।

২. নির্ভুলতা ও সততা
আমরা আমাদের প্রতিটি গবেষণা ও লেখায় সর্বোচ্চ সততা বজায় রাখতে অঙ্গীকারাবদ্ধ।

• যাচাইকরণ: আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মে উপস্থাপিত প্রতিটি দাবি, বিশেষ করে কুরআন ও সুন্নাহ সম্পর্কিত বিষয়গুলো অবশ্যই নির্ভরযোগ্য উৎসের মাধ্যমে যাচাইকৃত হতে হবে।

• ভুল তথ্য বর্জন: গুজব, বানোয়াট গল্প বা অযাচাইকৃত তথ্য প্রকাশ করা আমাদের নীতিমালায় কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।

• নিরপেক্ষতা: আমাদের একটি সুনির্দিষ্ট আদর্শিক অবস্থান (তওহীদ) থাকলেও, আমরা ঐতিহাসিক এবং সমসাময়িক তথ্যগুলোকে নির্মোহভাবে উপস্থাপন করার চেষ্টা করি।

৩. সম্পাদকীয় স্বাধীনতা
দ্বীনুল হক একটি অরাজনৈতিক এবং স্বাধীন গবেষণামূলক প্ল্যাটফর্ম।

• দলীয় প্রভাবমুক্ত: আমরা কোনো রাজনৈতিক দল বা বিশেষ স্বার্থান্বেষী গোষ্ঠীর সাথে যুক্ত নই। আমাদের সম্পাদকীয় সিদ্ধান্তগুলো শুধুমাত্র স্রষ্টার সার্বভৌমত্ব প্রচারের মহান লক্ষ্য দ্বারা পরিচালিত হয়।

• স্বচ্ছতা: আমরা এমন কোনো আর্থিক সহায়তা বা সমর্থন গ্রহণ করি না যা আমাদের নীতিমালার সাথে আপস করতে বা নির্দিষ্ট কোনো রাজনৈতিক এজেন্ডা প্রচার করতে বাধ্য করে।

৪. চৌর্যবৃত্তি বর্জন ও মেধা স্বত্ব
অন্যের কাজের প্রতি শ্রদ্ধা প্রদর্শন করা আমাদের অন্যতম প্রধান নৈতিক দায়িত্ব।

• মৌলিকত্ব: আমরা মৌলিক গবেষণা এবং স্বতন্ত্র দৃষ্টিভঙ্গিকে অগ্রাধিকার দেই।

• ঋণস্বীকার: অন্য কোনো উৎস থেকে নেওয়া তথ্য, ধারণা বা উদ্ধৃতি অবশ্যই যথাযথভাবে উল্লেখ (Credit) করতে হবে। আমরা কোনো ধরণের ‘প্লেজিয়ারিজম’ বা লেখা চুরি বরদাস্ত করি না।

• মেধা স্বত্ব মান্য করা: আমরা মেধা স্বত্বের প্রতি শ্রদ্ধাশীল এবং এটি নিশ্চিত করি যে আমাদের সাইটে ব্যবহৃত সকল ছবি বা ভিডিও মৌলিক অথবা সঠিক লাইসেন্সের অধীনে ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে।

৫. অহিংসা ও চরমপন্থা বিরোধী অবস্থান
আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্ম সকল ধরণের চরমপন্থা, সন্ত্রাসবাদ এবং বিচারহীন সহিংসতার বিরুদ্ধে দৃঢ়ভাবে দণ্ডায়মান।

• শান্তিপূর্ণ প্রচার: আমরা যুক্তি এবং সংলাপে বিশ্বাস করি। এমন কোনো কন্টেন্ট আমরা প্রকাশ করি না যা কোনো ব্যক্তি বা সম্প্রদায়ের বিরুদ্ধে ঘৃণা, শারীরিক ক্ষতি বা বেআইনি কর্মকাণ্ডে উসকানি দেয়।

• মানবিক মর্যাদা: ‘রহমাতাল্লিল আলামিন’ (বিশ্বজগতের জন্য রহমত) আদর্শ অনুসরণ করে আমরা ধর্ম, বর্ণ, লিঙ্গ বা জাতীয়তা নির্বিশেষে প্রতিটি মানুষের মর্যাদাকে সমুন্নত রাখি।

৬. শ্রদ্ধা ও পেশাদারিত্ব
আমরা মানবরচিত ব্যবস্থা বা আদর্শিক বিচ্যুতিগুলোর সমালোচনা করলেও সর্বদা শ্রদ্ধাপূর্ণ ভাষা বজায় রাখি।

• ব্যক্তিগত আক্রমণ বর্জন: আমরা ব্যবস্থা বা চিন্তাধারার সমালোচনা করি, ব্যক্তির নয়। ব্যক্তিগত মানহানি এবং গালিগালাজপূর্ণ ভাষা আমাদের এখানে কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।

• সংবেদনশীলতা: সংবেদনশীল ধর্মীয় ও সামাজিক বিষয়গুলোকে আমরা অত্যন্ত সতর্কতার সাথে মোকাবিলা করি, যাতে আমাদের আলোচনা বিদগ্ধ এবং সত্যসন্ধানীদের জন্য গ্রহণযোগ্য হয়।

৭. স্বার্থের সংঘাত (Conflict of Interest)
আমাদের লেখক ও সম্পাদকবৃন্দকে অবশ্যই এমন যেকোনো ব্যক্তিগত বা আর্থিক স্বার্থের কথা প্রকাশ করতে হয় যা তাদের লেখায় পক্ষপাত তৈরি করতে পারে। আমরা নিশ্চিত করি যে আমাদের বিষয়বস্তু ব্যক্তিগত লাভের পরিবর্তে সত্যের প্রতি অনুরাগ দ্বারা পরিচালিত।
